Excellent professional. Attentive, polite, helpful, has a lot of knowledge on the subject. Because it is very requested, you have to schedule it in advance. The cleaning of ears with the Chinese cone is very nice, without pain old technique that my grandma Adelaide used when she lived in Canelinha. I entered a little deaf with so much wax and moisture in my ears. I left there listening to thoughts (lol). I bought some cones to apply at home. She also teaches face-to-face and I asked to let me know because I want to do it. Oh, I was forgetting. When I read in the reviews that some boring people gave her a 1, I immediately thought of the worst, but after being attended to, my opinion changed and it has nothing to do she is really great, she exceeded my expectations. I recommend!

I did not know the technique of cleaning ears with the Chinese Cone (wax straw to clean ears). It's very good, it does not hurt and it does not put anything in our ears. I went there to deal with excess wax and because I heard everything softly. Excellent result! Approved! I recommend doing a cleaning of ears with Chinese cone! Top!
