The hotel is in a good place, just in front of the sea, but inside appears to be very basic. No business centre for a meeting (or at least a meeting supported by some air conditioning). The breakfast area on top of the building just looks like some canteen, not in a good way. The food choice is very limited. The room service does not offer any fruit if you want to stay light. Rooms are fine, they appear well kept and clean, but as you exit the room you just have the sensation they do not keep the general area as they do for the rooms. Unimpressed

Basic, a little dated, but clean and quiet and a great location. My view was to the rear of the hotel though and its pretty much a construction site.

Beautiful hotel with a good layout that is near to the beach. Ask for the room thats facing the beach for Splendid view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet is kind of dull and lacks varieties.
Other than that, its a nice place and friendly Staffs who are ready to help you when you need them.response / report this review -

Customer service isn't up to par, i believe that hotel isn't full but was still given a room with a window facing a brick wall. When i requested to change rooms and upgrade, they started quoting me twice the price. I informed them i can get something better at Royal Atlantica with an ocean view and more. Needless to say i stayed only 1 night and cancelled the rest of my reservation to go else where with better value. Not only are they loosing my patronage but also loosing that of my emoloyees who will be cancelling their reservations also.

The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly. Comfort rooms and beatufil furniture makes It a great choice for resting.

Great location, rooms are clean and taken care of, indoor pool and sauna present a great option for rainy days, rooftop breakfast with an amazing view, service is great!

Beach-side hotel, comfortable room, nice breakfast, really close to bars and restaurants in the beach, easy access to the industrial and business areas. Went for a walk in the beach at night. Hotel has pool and gym, but haven't used them.
