I had a very good experience at chez pitu during the holiday season. The room was nice and had everything I needed for a few days at the beach.
The pros for me were: access to the beach, pool overlooking the beach; bar and restaurant by the pool; breakfast and afternoon tea; easy to walk around Geriba; friendly staff and clean facilities
Need a second thought: the floors were slippery so it would have been nice to have simple rugs around. The breakfast was nice but they don't offer options of skim milk or soy milk for the lactose intolerant people. Also, they serve the juices and water by a table and because it is so hot at this time there, the drinks are warm. This can be easily solved with coolers filled w ice so you can have the juice jars in it. Also, there was only one day that the juice jars were labeled
Need improvement: while the staff was very friendly they were not able to provide much information about touristic attractions and restaurant options nearby. Another thing that could be improved is the wifi connection there which is pretty weak.
Overall I had a very good experience during my stay, I absolutely recommend Chez pitu and hope to come back again soonresponse / report this review -
