It is one of the most traditional restaurants in Rio de Janeiro serving great Brazilian food for over 120 years.
Good selection of beers. Food portions are huge please share it.
Staff sometimes is not friendly and coffee could be better.

If you didn't know to look, you would walk right past this place! The place has been there for over 140 years, so they know what they're doing!

The entrance is unassuming, but once you are in there, it's a big restaurant with tons of tables in the back.

They have huge portions, great traditional dishes (think large steaks) and some fun twist (huge plate of spicy chicken wings).

If you are in the area, come by this spot and you won't be disappointing!

Possibly the oldest and most traditional restaurant in the district. Once much better than today, but still pretty good. A good choice for decent local typical cuisine, though not the cheapest. Good ambiance with locals.
