  The hotel staff has managed to make mistakes with my reservation twice in 24 hours, forcing me to check out after the first time and find another property in emergency. The manager "on duty" is at the property less than 5 hours a day (would not be there before noon one day, 10am the other day), Staff Would offer an apology, water, or transfer to my other "contingency" hotel. Grounds are otherwise nice, rooms big but far from luxurious - rather dull. I recommend travelers to avoid this place and find much better value in at accommations in Jericoacoara that will beat this place easily when it comes to organization, customer service and design. In shorts: I'm a very regular traveler (150+ nights/year) and this is my worst hotel service experience in 5 years.
