  Péssimo atendimento na loja, desorganização e descaso com clientes. Levei minha bicicleta para troca de banco e compra de cadeado, o que supostamente deveria ser algo simples e rápido e o atendimento levou quase 1 HORA, pois há somente uma pessoa qualificada para atender os clientes que não dá conta, gerando lentidão e filas na hora do pagamento. Ao chegar em casa notei outro problema com a bicicleta e liguei no recinto para verificar se ainda estariam abertos; fui atendido pelo suposto dono que me informou que a loja estava fechando e abriria na Segunda-feira as 9h da manhã, então avisei que este horário estaria lá para resolver o problema. Para minha surpresa cheguei na loja no horário informado e além de estar trancada, não havia NINGUÉM. Perdi meu tempo e cheguei atrasado no trabalho à toa.

  Unfortunately it's pretty sad to see an awesome brand being so poorly represented. I took my old bike, which I know it needs couple few things; to clean up, change the disk and adjust the gear. Total price should be around R$ 250.00 - and I am ok with that. For my surprise I received a call from this guy letting me know that the total cost for fixing my bike would be around R$ 550.00. WTF!!!!! I only wanted a clean up, new disk and few adjustments, YEAH WTF!!!!! When I told the guy that I only need what I requested, he got pissed pissed off at me and said they would not do a half job So, you figured!!!! Got my bike back with some parts exchanged, " did't get my original parts back" - Since I got new tubes with me, they didn't offer to install them on the spot. It cost me R$440.00 to walk out the door with a clean bike, different parts and a flat tire. YES, WTF!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. AND SPECIALIZED SHOULD FIND PEOPLE THAT ARE FOCUS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO VULTURES
