Apesar de ter ficado apenas 1 diária no hotel foi tudo ótimo. Ficamos em um quarto para 4 adultos e fiz o pedido de berço para a minha bebê de 1 ano e fui prontamente atendida. Limpeza do quarto nota 10. Funcionários cordiais, café da manhã bom. Ótima localização, se vc tiver disposição consegue ir andando para a feirinha do alto numa caminhada de 15 min. Adorei e voltaria com certeza.

Hotel is supposed to be smoking free, but it is not. My wife got sick because they let people smoke on the same floor we were on. We had to change floors because of the smell. You would think they would give us a free night or a discount on our stay. They gave us no discount or free night. All they gave us was no charge on a few bottles of water that we drank. This was totally unacceptable. If you want a hotel that is smoke free do not stay at this one. It is false advertising. I will never stay here AGAIN

People are nice, the hotel is clean and updated. The restaurant has good food along with decent Wi-Fi speed.

Hotel muito bom, ótima localização no alto, não usei transporte pra nada. Limpeza 10, café da manhã OK e funcionários muito simpáticos. Super indico a varandinha pra um bom vinho a noite.

Muito acima das minhas expectativas pela receptividade, educação e pelo lindo quarto que prepararam para o meu aniversário de casamento. Vale ressaltar que eu não pedi nada. Apenas informei que era aniversário de casamento e queria um quarto com uma vista boa. Colocaram até pétala de rosas no chão.

O hotel é em local acessível. Tem que melhorar um pouquinho na manutenção interna. São muito atenciosos, mas creio que com uma atuação mais firme da governança pode melhorar. Piscina limpa, sauna a vapor. Tem que ter mais espreguiçadeiras na área da piscina.

The people are lovely and kind. The hotel room feels roomey. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The views are stunning. Flat screen TV with a USB port which allows us to charge our phones Because we didn't come with the right plug. Their eggs for breakfast is lovely the same is true of the food they provide for dinner. Though not all the staff speak English they try their best to understand and satisfy our needs. Only downside is that they don't often clean the tables in the dining area on our first morning we noticed a few dirty plates during breakfast, but since that day all the plates have been clean. I would recommend this hotel.
