Nice hostel, good service, just hot water should be organised in other way (water heater should be better, not attached to the end of shower), it is cold to take any water procedures.

Excellent hostel!
Quiet place to escape from the crowded city; great location near Witches market and San Francisco Church.
Beautiful vintage decoration, clean and comfy rooms, fast WiFi connection.
Kitchen available, reception 24h with nice and friendly staff.
Delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, natural juices and a great coffee!

Friendly staff but many of the rooms are right next to a nightclub or some form of noisy venue so there was a constant bass noise at night.

Only downer is it's near a club and in the evenings it gets a bit bassy!

We were in room 101. Loud constant noise from the barber shop beside the hostal. Very thin walls. You could here people entering the compound as well as walking around the compound both upstairs and down stairs. General chatting from the barbershop beyond midnight. Large-ish room but very small bathroom. No heating.

The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was good. The rooms do not have their own bathroom, it is a separate room in the public accessible area. Also the shower is combined with the toilet and EVERYTHING gets wet when taking a shower. Breakfast is okay but only available until 9:30. They were also not able to provide us a breakfast for takeaway.

Nice rooms, compfortable bed, freindly helpful staff, good location BUT. The only thing really letting this place down is that if you take a room with a shared bathroom there is only one combined shower and toilet for a whole bunch of rooms so it is OFTEN in use and you will pretty much always have to wait, and secondly, for the heavy use that this bathroom gets, they dont seem to clean it that much, and it is forever short on toilet paper. I really wanted to give this a higher rating, but they really need to get these issues sorted.

Hotel is well decorated (vintage) and staff is nice and friendly. There is a kitchen if you want to cook.
But there is NO heat in the rooms, we were freezing. Please, do something !!
And we chose a room with private bathroom but the bathroom is OUTSIDE the room. We were on the 1st floor in the patio, we had to dress at night to get out and pee (and freeze more) ; when we paid more for a private bathroom it was like a shared one. Really not cool. You can't treat your clients like that.
