Great party hostel with a bar with excellent drinking and people and events every night! This is THE place for social life in La Paz! Yet here are some minuses that come with it:
- WiFi is hopelesy slow, couldn't even load a text page except middle of the night
- Most rooms are close to bar. You could easily have a drunk loud conversation going behind your door at 4 AM (despite the bar closing at 2 AM)
- People can smoke outside the "in-door bar" and the smell can get to your rooms
- 2 of 3 showers on 2nd floor were broken during the several days we were there. There didn't seem to be a big rush to fix them.
Still, a great party place! Next time I'd book nearby and just come in for the party!

Overall the staff were wonderful and it is a great party hostel. They were wonderful at organising our adventure tours and the food and drinks were reasonable for their price.
However I would not be keen to stay here again. We were placed in a room right next to the bar, the door didn't lock properly so we had drunk people walking in at all times of the night which is not a nice experience. It was also extremely loud with people walking past all night and sound from the courtyard echoing up.

Loved the stay here and sorry we had to leave but so much enjoyed our stay. All the staff were so kind but the fun we had with Danny and Chris at the bar with their different events every night really made it! Hopefully we'll make it back some day soon!

This is a great party hostel with an awesome atmosphere. If you want a party in La Paz, this is the place to be. They run events pretty much every night with a large variety of themes, and the bar is good fun (as long as you don't fall off). The food they offer for lunch and dinner is tasty, but the breakfast is average.
The staff that work there are really good fun and know how to get people involved in every activity.

Great hostel with the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seem in a party hostel. Very hot showers and easy to socialse. Would advise to ask for a room away from the bar if you can.

Great hostel with good beds and very clean toilets.

4 stars due to bad WiFi, no outside alcohol, and they don’t provide any tour information. You’ll get subcontracted to an in-house tour operator, so you won’t get honest input or the best price.

A good hostel for partying. Food is awesome. Our room was right next to bar with people smoking and chatting loud all night. If you need a good nights sleep don't stay here.

Almost gave 5 stars. Really good hostel especially if you want to meet people. Berry party orientated and the bathrooms and showers were excellent. I was a bit unsure about the staff. Hostel manager was nice and friendly.

The beds are not so clean. Lot of noises. I've seen guys using cocaine. But, the bathroons are very clean. It's a good place for alternative people. If you like crazy people and parties, that's the place. Not for resting.

Incredibly clean hostel, especially the bathrooms. They have a staff cleaning them nearly around the clock. The bathrooms also have soap and regularly changed clean bath towels at the sinks; not something you'll find at most hostels.

They only draw back is the bro-ish party culture. Hopefully you can ask for a room far away from the bar, otherwise it can be a bit loud if you're trying to sleep early.

The concierge/front desk is incredibly nice, good at English and helpful with planning out what to do. The only thing I would recommend is going to another travel agent for booking trips around the country, the in house agency is very overpriced.

Really well set up hostel with fantastic amenities! In an old building that once belonged to a corrupt president. Great party atmosphere but with quiet corners and rooms. Security is topnotch but the food is far from good plus Weak cheap spirits. Dont bother with a white russian (slightly kaluha flavoured milk shake lol) and terrible beer but all cheap so who cares? Cool fun place.

Such a great hostel: Comfortable beds (if you feel the need to sleep), clean bathrooms, plenty secure locker space. The food from the kitchen is affordable and delicious. Travel agent on site to help with all the activities in La Paz, and onward travel. The staff however make this place great with plenty happy hours and nightly activities Thor and Joe kept us entertained and well oiled during our stay. Definitively the place to stay in La Paz
