Back seats of the bus don't fold down enough, so didn't sleep much at all. First driver seemed a bit crazy, second driver was great

Friendly staff at the office. Moses and Emma really helped us in booking a bus and sorting out things in Uyuni when our tour got cancelled at the last minute. The bus is comfy with reclining seats. Food is not great so I would advise you bring your own. The internet did not work at all the whole way. Overall it was a comfortable journey however bring your own food and be prepared for there to be no internet. When we got to the office in\ Uyuni there were free hot drinks and internet which was much appreciated.

We used Todo Turismo to get from La Paz to Uyuni. The service was top notch! The bus was clean and one time. They served dinner and breakfast on the overnight bus. The service was really great! The company was helpful and let us wait in their lounge area when we got there early (and there’s WiFi in the lounge). The bus ride was as smooth as they come! After taking many bus rides in South America, I can safely say that this was a top bus experience! Highly recommend.

LA PAZ TO UYUNI OVERNIGHT BUS
A very very comfy ride to Uyuni - only downside were that we told the company that we needed two vegetarian meals and they were not provided. Also, they began to play one movie, stopped it halfway, then started to play another, then stopped that halfway as well. Regardless, I would definitely use Todo Turismo again for transfers; if you want to take the guess work out of travel, travel with these guys!

AMAZING experience / INCREIBLE experiencia. Todo turismo was very accommodating to my friend and I in our trip to Uyuni. We warned them a week ahead of time that we would be arriving to La Paz late in the evening and Moises and the team went out of their way to ensure that we were able to make the bus despite this difficulty. Gracias Moises!!

Good organised bus company. Reservation via internet was easy. Check-in went quick. During the waiting for leaving WiFi and a toilet are available. The bus itself is very comfortable. The seats on the lower floor are business class style, although they cannot recline full flat it's good enough to sleep. The breakfast and diner are small, but ok. If you're a big eater bring some extra:)
The ride itself was comfortable and the bus left on time and arrived on time. Recommendable to go to Uyuni with this company.

The customer service at todo turismo left an extremely sour taste in my mouth.

After checking in very early for our late bus, we recieved a message that a friend was violently ill, throwing up blood. The staff were unhelpful in providing contact details of a clinic and then despite my many appeals to the woman's humanity, she refused to change our tickets (even though there were many available for the next day). She suggested I sell the tickets, which I explained was impossible as we were translating for a very sick woman in emergency.

The staffmember then showed up at emergency, saying we needed to return to the office immediately to collect our bags. On arrival she refused to release my bag as my companion wasnt carrying my luggage ticket. She had to demand on the verge of tears that my bag be taken off the bus to La Paz.

Our tickets were sold (to the profit of the company). We incurred a 'name change' fee of 70 pesos (to tap on a keyboard) and didnt recieve the full amount back as apparently tickets sold online are more expensive than in house.

This is a premium service, you pay top dollar, but for me the service was far from premium, lacking in understanding and degrading of people already in a very stressful situation. We caught the bus the next day, and to top off our treatment the movie and wifi didn't work for the duration of the trip. Very disappointing.

We used todo to get to Uyuni and were impressed with the leg room, availability of blankets and pillows, English speaking attendant, English movie and food (small dinner and breakfast). A bit of a premium compared to other buses but worth every penny. Office is up the stairs.

I won't recommend this company's bus and Uyuni tour.

The bus doesn't have enough space. If I traveld uyuni again, I'd rather take cama bus for example, Omar. Last night, there were scratching ceiling big guy beside of me and full down seat girl in front of me. I couldn't sleep at all. This company advertises the full down seat bus, but because there are no enough space between front and back seat, it is terrible.

I reserved Uyuni 3 days tour through this company in Lapas office, and they said guide could speak English but he said only Spanish all the tour. Even he can't understand my question in English, so my family couldn't understand what' going on. And among tour cars, the oldest one which has no heating and air conditioning system, so we had to suffer cold without sun and hot with sun. In addition, without booking hostal, we arrived earliest but we had room worst, which has vinyl window and no light in dawn, our starting times. I reserved tour through this company but exercusion was done by local agency. In the case I think this company can't control the quality of tour services. I recommend contact local travel agency directly even though you have to wait a day.
