Poor food quality,Extremely Lazy Staff,Meals consistently cold and undercooked,Very Expensive considering cost of raw ingredients, Hiring of foreigners to avoid paying benefits to Bolivians(cash 60bs/10 hours) Not a Bolivian Travel Experience At All!This establishment has a history of theft,cameras,laptops,phones,and back packs virtually any thing!Possible staff connection!Do not drink free shooters,had 1 checked at chemistry dept.Not Vodka! Cebo/grenadine mix causes standing seisures inmost people!

Do not eat there, it was not really delicious but for drinking beer it's perfect. Nice English atmosphere. Friendly service.

My boyfriend and I decided to eat at this place because we were staying a few doors down. In hindsight we should have kept walking and ate somewhere else. The service was slow, the server was so busy chatting w people at the bar, she ignored the red light that signals kitchen pick up. Our food took a while to come. I ordered a chicken pie, it was nothing to write home about, my boyfriend ordered a steak pie and it came ice cold and tasted disgusting. Definitely not made to order, prob frozen and reheated. We complaint and sent it back, she brought it back a few minutes later and it was the same plate of food just reheated. Instead of apologizing and deducting it from the bill, she gave us a slight discount on that dish. Very offensive. We left without eating it. Never again obviously.

We were really excited about this place. Awesome ambiance, good drink list, awesome looking food.
I was looking forward to the chicken cordon Bleu but was served the chicken breast instead. When I asked they seemed willing to trade it out but it would be another 20 min so I just picked the mushrooms off.
So. That Was disappointing.
Meat was on the brink of being overcooked but the mash was good (made with real potatoes!)response / report this review -

Very disappointed.
We went as a group last night and ordered cocktails (caipirinhas) and nachos.
I asked the brazilian waiter if they had 2 for 1 cocktails and he said yes.
In the menu they were listed as $30.
We waited 45 mins for the cocktails and 55 mins for nachos and 10 mins for the bill.
At the end the same waiter charged us $45 instead of 30 when I showed him the menu and asked what happened to 2 for 1, he said it is what it is and ignored me.response / report this review -

If you miss your English food this will do. Sausage and mash good. The cocktails here knock your head off! Well priced also.
