It is cheap, that’s it. Not clean, not comfortable. The breackfast is basically a bread and an egg, coffee and tea.

Honestly I wouldn't mind the shower wasn't hot enough, although my mother got shocked by electric trying to turn it on, we thought it's a cheap bnb whatever, we decided to give mom a upgrade to private bathroom, so on the 2nd night we pay for an upgrade for the 3rd night, instead of apologizing for over book on the 3rd morning, they ask us to take it (original room)or leave it. It's not a kindest attitude to react when you have an overbook situation. We decided it was the best to find else where which provide more reasonable attitude when making a booking error. WORST HOST EVER!

A cheap price but not worth the money. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was super cold, and blankets smelled like wet dog, the bathrooms were Uncleaned both days and nasty. The wifi was super slow and awful. We tried to pay cash for a 3rd day to upgrade to a private bathroom and at first they said ok and took our money. But the next morning they said sorry no can do and said "take it (meaning original rooms) or leave it". They probably just overbooked with people on the internet, but were real assholes to us about it, so I'd avoid this place if going to sucre.

Payed first and did not get the room we want, place is cold, old and dirty with no hot water and unsafe electrical wiring, very bad servers.

I also reviewed on Facebook and they deleted all the reviews.
we payed in advanced, they over booked and told us take it or leave it, they definitely need to learn to treat their clients.

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we checked in the amazing owner was so helpful as was the second lady working. There was a full on parade on the street out side so her day was already busy but that didn't stop her from being an amazing host. At night after we traveled the city we came back to an amazing mariachi band playing with folks dancing and laughing. This place is only a short walk from plaza 25 and I would urge everyone to stay here!

Clean rooms, cheap laundry and friendly staff. Not for party, common spaces close early.

Hot showers, friendly staff and OK wifi. Quiet part of town but only a 10min walk to the Plaza. Breakfast was portion controlled and could have been a bit more substantial

We arrived at 4am & the owners gave us a room to sleep in at no extra cost. Not having to wait until check in was a very pleasant surprise. The room was basic but clean. Breakfast consisted of some fruit, bread, marmalade & tea or coffee. The kitchen is small & crowded but adequate to make simple meals. Staff were friendly but the wifi wasn't that great.
