Exceptional place to stay. Excellent rooms with plenty of space and great, large, comfortable beds. The bathroom and shower were very nice. Great view of the river and a nice panoramic view of the city from afar. Especially at night when you go for a swim on the rooftop pool! The staff were very professional and provided great service. They can answer all your questions and get you anything that you need. The restaurant was very fancy with both its food and service. Boy-oh-boy, that food was tasty (especially dessert). Hard to believe that it only cost what it did, especially considering that this was the most ‘expensive’ place that we stayed at. I would highly recommend staying here, and my hat goes off to the staff.

Nice hotel with good and friendly service.
We stayed in a Junior Suite with plenty of space, and a very comfortable bed.
The hotel is situated in the nice Urubo area outside the main city of Santa Cruz. You will need to use taxi or car to go to Santa Cruz.
The rooftop pool is nice, and has a great view, especially in the night.
Breakfast is great, offering everything you would expect of a hotel in this class.response / report this review -

We had an international conference event at Radisson Santa Cruz. And I must say that the location is great, staff greater really helpful, superb food and service. We will certainly organize future events at Radisson. The only downside was the artificial flowers all over the hotel.

This is a fantastic, high class, hotel. People are really friendly, the rooms are spacious and everything is brand new. Definitely worth your while to stay here, you will be treated like royalty

Un poco desordenado, no hay como separar los ambientes en planta baja, están el lobby, un deck o terraza interna y el restaurante, colindando uno con el otro, ningun tipo de división. Esto me parece un poco intrometido y poco práctico.

Todo increÃble, nada qué reprochar. Desde la bienvenida, el personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. La comida espectacular, gran variedad y todo bien preparado. Totalmente recomendado ya sea para grupo de amigos o familias.
