This place does not exist. Google maps shows this place on Calle Montenegro off Ave Armentia but we could not find it. The neighborhood also did not look like it supports a high end restaurant. I believe the address is wrong.
To the owner: I am happy to visit your place and delete or change this review when I get the chance to eat at your place. I just don't want other people to get their hopes up when going to the wrong address.

We went to Propriedad Publica a few times over the past month and were blown away every time. The place is cosy and charming, the staff friendly and attentive, and everything we tasted was absolutely delicious! Some favorites: bruschetta de trucha, curado de trucha (ceviche like), ensalada la huerta, duo de kale, papardelle al ragu, rigatoni a la amatriciana, chanchito basically you can't go wrong. The juices and cocktails are delightful and the Bolivian wine surprising (fave red was Aranjuez Tannat). Thank you Chef Gabriela & team for making PP such a wonderful place for a foodie to keep coming back to!

By far my favorite restaurant in La Paz. I went back four times in a few weeks. Being from Europe, I miss comfort food while travelling and Chef Gabriela fixed my cravings right away with her deliciously refreshing juices and cocktails and her impeccably executed italian classics such as parpadele al ragu, spaghetti carbonara and lasagna.
If you're more in the mood for a trucha from lake Titicaca or a local pork dish (chanchito), she has it.
Craving a delicious mixed salad? Kale or crisp and tasty lettuce dressed to the perfection, you name it - she has it.
In the mood for a German beer or keen to discover a local brew, guess what!
Did you know Bolivia produces delicious wine? I was really impressed by them: now you know where you can taste some.
Cherry on top, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming.
Definitely a highlight of my visit to La Paz

Bien que les pâtes soient la spécialité c'est ici que j'ai mangé le meilleur poulet de ma vie ! C'est le poulet à la Romaine, excellent. Ma femme a mangé des gnocchis succulentes !

L'ambiance est toutefois à améliorer car il est un cran en deçà du contenu de l'assiette et c'est bien dommage. Surtout avec le niveau des autres restaurants dans le coin. Préférez donc une place en terrasse.
