Patients with covid (confirmed positive) have us on the street next to people who are seeking care or leaving their offices for 6 hours to acquire medical leave and medication for treatment. Totally inefficient and inconsiderate of everyone!
Extremely bureaucratic
I went for an emergency because my grandmother broke her arm and I called the phone about 10 times to ask for an ambulance and they didn't answer, the phone rang and rang, which was not a novelty since many people told me that it was common this hospital; I had to take her by my own means since they did not have ambulance service and when we arrived at the place it turned out that there was no emergency care, and that we had to wait for the next shift which was in 30-60 minutes, we had no choice but to wait. Rather, because it was a priority, they treated him first and a general practitioner attended him, since traumatology was not available, in a friendly but slow way, the radiology graduate was a very attentive, polite and friendly person, the security guard as well. They referred us to the workers' hospital since they did not have trauma and, furthermore, as they did not have ambulances nor could they request one from the hospital, we had to take her in a private way.
If they answered the phone and had ambulance service, the opinion of the patients and their families would be different.
The doctors, nurses and support staff do everything they can to care for the insured; But, we are many patients, so you have to value their work
I recommend to the users, that they respect to be respected and taken care of
Lousy health facility for emergency care, having confused priority abstention from cases of obvious disease (poisoning, poisoning, exposure to toxic material, etc.) with simple procedure cures as well as preferential care recommended by the staff dependent on this center. Emergencies does not work in this polyclinic, what a shame and little interest in the insured
