Some harsh reviews on here, but the area is really pretty and it feels very safe up here, perfect place to come for a view of the sunset or a romantic stroll.

Beautiful place with a nice view of the city. The plaza has children of the school plating around and there is a nice museum close by with vendors of nice textiles.
