  some friends stayed here a year ago and recommended them to me. everything was fine, flat was clean, had nice views, elevator. a bit pricey by cant complain, bolivia is not that great in this sense

  Couldnt find an apartment like this so close to downtown and all the touristic hot spots. i dont know who would give this a two, brain must be broke, wifi was faster than most places, even had streaming devices.
