  It’s an Nice place, but needs to put more effort to improve some areas. It’s quite pricey for what it offers especially for a big family. food was not so great, one of our meals wasn’t cooked enough. difficult for elders to walk around they will need assistance just to move from any place to another.

  We got to meet the owner. What a kind man and such a gentleman. On the other side the guys around the pools got pretty nasty. It was 530 pm and apparently the time they close the swimming pool. This was my first time there and did not have a clue. I thought they close at 6pm as it was printed at the door.so this pool guy asked us to leave the swimming pool but you can imagine trying to convince my 3 year old to get out of the water in 1 minutes like this guy wanted. Soon after while my daughter still in the water at 5 35pm he started pouring chemicals in the water. No patience with kids at all!!!!
  He was rude and nasty when speaking to us to make us leave. Definitely not the way you talk to clients.what a shame..the place is nice but the pool guys definitely not.
  You may have a better experience if you are all packed to leave by 525 pm. So you avoid them throwing you out!!
