It has so much potential! Cozy, warm, clean rooms, and nice hangout area with a pool table. But when we were there it was dead with no other tourists (also meant quiet which is good too), the internet didn't work, and the showers were unreliably lukewarm.
I wanted to love this place, it's in a great location, but needs a little work to compete with other options in the area.response / report this review -

This hostel seems to be missing a few things, like hot water, hot water taps and common etiquette with guests.
Had one staff member barge in our room without an apology and other staff banging on the bathroom door while having a (cold) shower.
The place is ok, central, offers breakfast (never tired it) and tours. Our private room was large.
Staff seemed a bit distracted most of the time.
