  Razoavel Hotel, fiquei nele porém não é muito lipo, no meu quarto apareceu uma baratinha e fiquei desconfiado. Mas no geral o hotel é bom e estava bem localizado. Só que o serviço de arrumação é desorganizado, as vezes eu chegava no quarto e não tinha toalhas. Ai pedia na recepção e demorava mais de uma hora para levar.

  No creo que merecen 5 estrellas, la bienvenida no era lo mejor y les faltan detalles para que sea un hotel de la más alta calidad. Sin embargo, es un lindo lugar, céntrico, sirven un buen desayuno y hay una piscina. En mi opinion una buena relación entre calidad y precio.

  Espectacular. Excelente ubicación. Instalaciones muy lindas, la cama super cómoda. Pileta 24 hs y atención super buena, desayuno y almuerzo excelentes.. 100% recomendable!!!

  Muy centrico y bonito. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario y el personal del hotel es muy amable. La unica critica para el hotel es el desayuno, muy pobre para ser un hotel 5 estrellas.

  En el almuerzo bufet es medido. No reponen comida y te rasionan el pollo o carne y el vaso es de plástico. No corresponde ser un hotel 5 estrellas.

  This is a restored HOTEL from a classic Crowne Plaza hotel in the 70's. it's a beautiful building! The new owners have done a marvelous job restoring the rooms, the lobby and the recreation area! Especially the rooms are as beautiful and confortable as they get! But the air conditioner really sucks! They redone everything except the A/c which literally are the original 50 or so years old! Meaning you get into a beautiful room without getting any Cool a/c at all! I can tell, I moved from 3 different rooms to try and get some cool one! I kind of finally got a cooler room but sta cruz Is a very hot and humid place so the a/c not working properly was a big problem! Especially after a day's work!
  I sincerely hope the owners of the HOTEL either put new a/c's or fix the old one to a working status, because as it is, there is no reason to stay here unless you want a nice sauna in your bed, all night!

  Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme ahi, es espectacular, su piscina tipo playa y sus habitaciones super comodas con balcones a la calle.

  Buena atencion y buen descanso. Aun siguen haciendo mantenimiento en los ultimos pisos por lo que aveces es molestoso el ruido.
