DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They are liars and cheaters. We dropped off our clothes to be washed and the guy weighed it and told us is was 4kg worth of clothes. We trusted them but when we took it home and weighed it, it was only 2kg. They charge 12b per kilo, which I found out later to be very expensive. My husband got back one of his pants with a big rip and can't wear them again.
We brought it back the next day and there was another receptionist who told us he was new and didn't know the other older man we dealt with and there's nothing he can do about the pants as it was most likely the machine's fault. We also brought our clothes in a nice bag and they gave us back a plastic bag and now noone will tell us where the bag is. Our first time in Bolivia and this place has opened up our eyes about some of the cheats of scams found in this country. Very disappointing. Beware!response / report this review -

Be careful, don't come to this hostel. The hostel lost my cloths and then after I asked for compensation they were very aggressive and told me that they would call the police.
