Love this hostel. It's in a cool alley with cafes and art galleries. The private rooms are huge and provide heaters. The roof top terrace has a great view and there are little common areas everywhere. The staff were all awesome and helpful. But yeah, like the other reviews say don't touch the showers unless you want to cop a boot

Got an electric shock while showering from the faulty electric shower head. Very dangerous. Also bedding was fairly scratchy. Nice location and staff were pleasant, but doesn't really make up for nearly being killed.

Location was quiet (on the cobbled Calle Jaen) and a 7-8 minute walk from the bus terminal, staff were friendly and helpful, room was ok (small ensuite bathroom could have been cleaner), excellent sitting/reception area, fast wifi, ok breakfast. Good value.

I booked a private room. Staffs are very helpful and nice. The lid of the toilet doesn't stay up, so the lid is as on my back the whole time when I use the toilet. The room is small and old. Doesn't feel cozy. Wifi is fast.

Really well renovated, great english speaking service. No heating in the rooms! Do not use a third party online booking site as you need to pay the hotel regardless.
