  Not the best organized supermarket in Cochabamba and I don't think that is their aim as you'll still find most of the things you'll need - It'll just take you a little bit longer. The reason for the 2 stars is the queues at the check outs are insane. Ever since they started selling government-approved maternity items, they've been unable to properly manage which checkout does what. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes in line.

  Excelente, buena ubicacion, bien organizado, sitio bastante seguro, en hipermaxi podes encontrar todo lo necesario, para satisfacer los gusto desde el mas niño hasta el mas adulto, un sitio al que no dejare de visitar siempre y cuando sea posible, saludos Cochabamba, y gracias por tus bellos lugares que tienes para ofrecer a quienes te visitamos

  It's alright. Certain comfort for the time to buy groceries avoiding the traditional markets where theft and downright assaults happen at varying rates. If only they could offer more options to carry your buys other than the oversized cart they provide (unless you plan to buy a lot). One thing though is the persistent push they try to make for products about to reach the date of expiry or some that already have, no shame about that it seems. Also, albeit a piece of personal preference, the music played is horrible, like trying to push you out as fast as possible.
