  Rented a car in Aug 2016 from the La Paz airport. They charged me a $2000 deposit that was never returned after the rental was over. Instead of a "hold" on the card, the employee did an actual purchase on the card. I believe this was due to my card not having the "raised" numbers on the front of it. I asked them through email, phone, and Facebook and they have never returned the money. They have fought my credit card company and now I am trying to get it resolved through Expedia and Europcar Customer Service. In La Paz, they do business as American Rent a Car. Please stay away from them and choose another car rental company. Also, the Fernando review below is from an employee of the company, I have his email. -- Update: I finally got this resolved through the credit card company.
