Was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was both helpful and friendly. And there is free wifi. Great place to get a local sim card activated if you want cheap data in Bolivia!

Easy place for a foreigner to get a cheap cell phone chip. There were many people there, but the line moved quickly. Chip costs 10 Bs ($1.50 US) and another 10 Bs gives 4G service for about 4 days.
