Service desk is helpful, the room is special with glass ceiling for the bathroom and restroom! You can bath under the sky!

What a romantic hotel, love was definitely in the air when this jewel was being created. The rooms are sophisticated and filled with tiny little details (ceramic coat hangers in animal shapes, tiny plants, lots of sunlight). The showers are large and comfortably fit the two of us. Breakfast is sumptuous and features Argentinean 'facturas' (pastries), fresh orange juice, yogurt with honey and granola, and the best omelette I've tasted this side of the world. Also, the fact that the staff is multilingual (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese) is a big plus. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is fairly new and work in progress.
Its located in oldtown dowtown santa cruz about 25 minutes from the airport.
the neighborhood is a bit shabby but very close to the The Plaza 24 de septiembre
at La Cathedral.. (beautiful plaza)
it is a small hotel with about 8 rooms,
they do not have a concierge or lobby setting , you walk into a cute little cafe ..
decorated with very artistic and ecclectic decor.. There is no elevator so if you have alot of luggage i suggest to make arrangements for a room on 1st floor.
especially if you arrive late at night
there may not be a manager on site only a security that checks you in .
suggest to call ahead and get wifi and make arrangements if you have allergies as some of pillows are feather.
The rooms are beautiful very well decorated and clean..love their towels..
the breakfast was excellent and wonderful presentation.
Heads up if you arrive late at night there are no stores or restaurants open at that hour .
everything is closed.
They have a small fridge with water and sodas.
no snacks.
also there is no phone in the room so you can use cafe phone for emergency..
over all our stay was pleaseant.

A very cute hotel, well thought in all it's details. Super powerful and hot shower. Fans in bathroomsa must when staying with others. Hooks on walls to hang things. Free mini bar in the room. Super comfy beds with fluffy duvets. The design is bright and airy modern with tons of fun artsy details. The staff super helpful and friendly. Speak many languages. Breakfast was one of the best we had in South America. Athe neighboorhood is up and coming but very safe and many good restos within walking distance. Not the quietest hotel during the day but we slept great without problems. Enjoyed it.
