The worst experience! I was led to Oxygen room and a female doctor checked my hand of allergy both standing there, I wanted to show her my back and leg with more serious symptoms, and she said no and she needed to FIND THE DOCTOR. Several minutes later she came back and said the doctor told her ON THE PHONE that I need to take the Oxygen treatment. I told her I've been worked in Bolivia years and has no problem with high altitude, as I told her before the allergy was occurred right after I tired an old and dirty leather jacket the early day. Then she went to check with the doctor again. As I was in the Oxygen room all the time and other staffs asked me to do the Oxygen treatment or move to other sections again and again as some other patients coming. Minutes later she brought me 2 boxes of medicines (which she found out there's a wrong one later) and you know what I found the medicine is MUESTRA/SAMPLE the next day!!! See the picture (if it's attached). The whole process felt really unprofessional. I don't know if she is really a doctor handling allergy and the inquiry was not in a doctor office. It's simple like I can visit another hospital if you don't have suitable doctor on duty on Saturday, just let me know. The $50 inquiry fee is crazy in this case.

J ai malheureusement eu la chance de fréquenter cet établissement il y a quelques mois suite à un accident survenu au salar de uyuni. Arrivé en rapatriement sanitaire de l hôpital de Uyuni j ai tout de suite été pris en compte par le corps soignant et après des examens effectués dans la matinée j ai été opéré par une femme chirurgien très compétente que je ne pourrai jamais remercier assez . Le travail a été parfait . Le personnel infirmier et aide soignant ne parle que l espagnol par contre les médecins sont tous bilingue anglais ouf. Après le passage à l hôpital de Uyuni c est un véritable retour au 21e siècle .La clinique Almana ressemble à une clinique européenne moderne .Bon il faut bien avouer que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre et que la douche transformait la salle de bain en piscine.Mais la chambre disposait d une banquette lit et la personne accompagnante a été autorisé à dormir sur place ça c est bon pour le moral de plus les chambres disposent de téléviseur avec foot à gogo pour les messieurs le personnel était très aimable et à l écoute petite tendance tout de même à compter sur la personne accompagnante pour vous aider la sonnette n ayant parfois aucun suivi . En résumé établissement à conseiller en cas de besoins. ..

Una o tal vez la mejor clínica de la ciudad. Una atención al cliente excelente aunque no de todos los del staff.

Very professional clinic! English speaking doctors, clean rooms, good food.
Unfortunately I had to spend here about one week, but I can definitely say that they are good and professional.
Hope you never need them, but if you do they are recommended.
