  I recently had a pleasant experience at Centro Medico International HOPE in the Zona Sur (southern zone). A friend directed me to the clinic and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were both knowledgeable and personable. Fortunately, everyone there seemed to speak English which made communication easy. Apparently there are French, German and Portuguese speaking staff too.
  
  The director is a newly retired doc from Duke University in North Carolina who wanted to do something to help the people of Bolivia. I really got the feeling that the clinic was founded out of a desire help and serve. Importantly, patients didn't seem to wait long, the medical care was high quality and the cost of a visit was reasonable (much less than the states). I'd definitely recommend it to someone in need of a doctor while in La Paz.
  
  If you need to get there, the clinic is in Zona Sur (the southern zone) in the neighbourhood called La Florida. You can take a taxi there. If you tell them it's close to the tennis club it helps (they generally seem to know where that is)

  Atención personalizada. Excelente. Si bien el costo es considerable, la retribución que hace a cambio CMI es el doble. Un centro médico que óptimo.

  Con instalaciones muy agradables en una zona muy accesible, cuenta con equipos de alta tecnología en todas sus áreas y profesionales de primer nivel, además de tener una metodología de trabajo muy interesante, me encanta sigan adelante!

  En cuanto al servicio pediátrico, tienen una atención especializada, calidad y calidez.
  Mi niño fue tratado con mucho cariño, para nosotros fue una agradable experiencia y satisfacción total! Lo recomiendo plenamente.

  *Instalaciones Adecuadas y muy limpias.

  this is a great facility and I've been here 3 times for treatment. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff. I would strongly recommend if you're into no wait times and high quality of care.
