I really don't have anything positive to say about this place. It does not respect confirmed reservations and has impolite and nonchalant service. When we arrived to the place, the receptionist told us that we did not have a reservation in their system and that we are in the wrong place asked us to leave. When we showed her confirmations of our booking in addition to a confirmation email from the place itself, she just referred to the large amount of tourists coming there, and said that they do not have any available rooms. She and another staff member seemed very uninterested in our problem and asked us to leave. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend for anyone to make a reservation to this place.

Arrived at the time we said we would.
Woman was standing at the gate and greeted us. We said our names and seen our name on the list. Just to be informed there was no room for us. The woman had no English and when we tried to us Google translate she shrugged. Two other women joined us and tried talking to us. After 15 minutes or more they suggested to go to another hotel which has would cost the same. But again disappointed as the new hotel owner said it would cost more. A lot of other reviews on google said the same thing. Be careful and don't rely on them.response / report this review -

They tried to rob us and 2 other couples via unjustifiable rates later added. Avoid.. Avoid.. shall I say it again? Avoid!!

Crappy reservation service, when we got there they had no idea about our reservations, luckily they had a room (a previous tool storage with a bed behind the garage). As a plus, we've found a hair ball in our night stand and the lights didn't work.

We LOVED our stay here. The staff was friendly and we were greeted with a smile every morning. The free breakfast was very nice and the beds in the rooms were the most comfortable we've had in South America. Wifi worked well throughout the property and we were able to stream Netflix in our room. There is nothing negative to say about this pace.

La descripción en los sitios web no es certera, en nuestra habitación no habÃa TV ni baño, el baño estaba fuera de la habitación. El dueño es algo extraño, nos pregunta si estaremos 1 o 2 noches y le respondimos que 2 noches, al rato dice que no se puede. Las camas son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno, el resto del personal muy amable

The staff is really good, the girls working here are the reason why this place is good, cheapest room are small and you might end up in a room with no windows or outside of the house which mean you'll to walk in for the bathroom.
