CASA MUNICIPAL DE CULTURA «RAÚL OTERO REICHE» fué creada el 1 de abril de 1960, y administra el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo y el Museo Etnofolklórico municipal.
Este establecimiento es el centro de la vida cultural de la ciudad, en el que se ofrece dos ambientes para exposiciones, salas de conferencias y un teatro en la planta alta.
Atención al público: Lunes a viernes = 08:00 a 12:00 am. - 14:30 a 20:00 pm. / El Museo y funciones de Teatro están también disponibles en fines de semana para su visita por el publico.

Aqui encontraras exposiciones de artistas locales, pinturas, esculturas, cerámica, etc. Para mi gusto es pequeño el lugar comparado con otros museos en otras ciudades del tamaño de santa cruz en latinoamerica.
