  This cafe is located close to the cathedral. (Less than a minute by foot) The setting is cozy and clean. It would be an ideal place to take a break and sip some coffee while visiting the historic downtown area. Their panini was good, too.

  Buen café. Buen ambiente. Parte es un museo de arte y también ofrecen cursos. Lugar histórico.

  Really lovely ambiance and strong coffee. Menu wasn't visible when we were there but the barrista was very helpful. Was a bit expensive but an enjoyable experience

  According to one of the locals I know Cafe Patrimonio is one of the few places that sells Bolivians best coffee beans for local consumption. The coffee does back up the statement and you are able to buy beans or grounds, well if you can find any as it sells out quickly. Besides the coffee, there is also a free art exhibit, mostly black and white stills and some local artists.
