Had the 10Bs Cafe con Leche sadly its just Instant Nescafe :( Clearly to hard to keep a pot of filter coffee. The view of the city is pretty average sadly.

Der Service ist freundlich & unaufgeregt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und schön arrangiert. Preislich für jeden europäischen Besucher machbar. Es gibt ungefragt Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig auf den Tisch. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Publikum ist bunt gemischt wenn auch mit mehr Gringos als Lokals.

I can honestly say this was the first 'proper' cappuccino that I have had in 10 months of travelling Central & South America! The coffee was strong & good & the milk was foam Success! It was a reasonable 15 Bs too which is better priced than many other cafes we had visited. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the quality of the food. However, the outside area is a lovely place to unwind & take in the view of Sucre, or take a book & soak up the sun in a deckchair.

The café with the best view on the city of Sucre. Located directly next to Plaza Pedro de Anzurez in La Recoleta.
The price level is ridiculous high, coffee and juices good, the food medium, but still worth a visit.
