Lovely views, spacious, clean and well equipped cabins, also there's a indoor pool, so I'm definitely coming back

Great Location. Has lowered their maintenance standards.Toilet not working. strong odor that we thought was a dead animal. ended up being whole rotten kitchen cabinet. Family ended up with some form of rush from either sheets or pillows. Complains were expressed,however were told that because of being busy. they couldnt change rooms, nor take care of the other complains. Offered apologies at checkout but I feel my room had to be put out of order until taken care of. It is not fair to charge for something in such poor state that the answer to my complains were that those were major issues that couldnt be fixed during holidays.Stayed here before and you can tell quality is not the same. (stayed house#14 new year2018)

Samaipata is a beutiful place. But these cabins are a bit old and not too practical.

Not gay friendly. Shower with no pressure. Expensive.
