  We had a very bad experience with this company. We rent a 4WD car and it wasnt even able to get up steep roads in the city. They promised us that we can have another car but this never happened. The kilometer price is way too much and the costumer service just horrible. This company ruined our road trip and the last days of our vacation!!!

  Worst car rental ever !
  
  We rented a small SUV for 6 days. Collecting the car took ages. The offered insurance was quite horrible, basically not covering almost anything, leaving a huge deductible sum on you. The kilometres limit per day was unusable (originally 80 km per day, when ordering via Kayak 150 km per day - which is very limited if you want to drive somewhere). Card payment done via long telephone call somewhere, no terminal.
  
  When returning the car, we spent almost one hour there. The final sum for this few days car rental was whopping (comparing to all the other car rentals we had). They charged extra kilometers, they even wanted to charge for washing the car (!)
  
  Never more Budget Rental !
