  Sin duda un lugar muy reconocido aunque lamentablemente el internet ha reemplazado a los buenos libros, pero aún sigue siendo un lugar histórico de la ciudad donde hace años los estudiantes se reunían a investigar y realizar sus tareas.

  its got a little air conditioning, very few sockets to plug electrical devices, opening hours are only 4hours in the morning and another 4 in afternoon. Also a miniscule book collection not worth of being called the central library of one of the most economically dominant city in Bolivia
