A great experience at this restaurant! Great vegan gourmet food ^_^
Delicious and thoughtful food. Staff were very sweet and helpful.
Possibly the best restaurant I have eaten in in South America. It’s vegan (which initially put me off, as I am a staunch meat eater) but it was incredible!!!! We went for dinner and each night they have a surprise 3 course menu for 100Bs. Worth every penny and I am surprised they are not charging much more!! The chef came out and talked us through each dish, the starter was a beetroot ceviche, and wow, I cannot even describe how incredible it was. So many textures and flavours. They take real care and pride over every aspect of the meal. It is a friendly, relaxed and warm atmosphere and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
I'm really thankful to have a vegetarian option in a city with very few. It is an experience and interesting, but it's pricy and not particularly amazing food.
The food and the cocktails were pretty good, totally recommend it.
A paradise in a really nice setting in the heart of La Paz for vegetarians with (relatively) deep pockets. As a non-vegetarian I enjoyed the home made bread and one of the three surprise dishes (there is no menu except for drinks). The (free) water tasted of chlorine.
Excellent vegetarian fare at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed the beet ceviche.
Amazing vegan restaurant, can't say anything but perfect experience for sensory seekers
It's difficult to find good vegetarian food in La Paz, nonetheless vegan food, but Ali Pacha delivers. They offer a culinary journey through Bolivia without all the deep fried meat. As a tourist from the US, the prices were very good for what is offered.
Amazing vegan experience in La Paz! Strongly recommended as one of the best restaurants in the city at a fair price. Great drinks too and the place is very nicely decorated.
It's a unique vegan place in La paz, VERY different from anything else we've had in Bolivia.
We had the 5 course menu (3 salads, 2 desserts). There are 3/5/7 course menus, no other option to pick your dish (they do ask about allergies and intolerences). You can also do alchoholic/juices pairings, which will approx double the cost.
Note: all table must have the same number of dishes, "to share the experience", but for drinks it's every person for himself.
*Don't expect large portions of food*, but rather a special experience with different tastes and textures of vegetables and fruits.
Each dish by itself is quite small and even the 5 course meal might leave hungry people frustrated.
Expensive in Bolivian standards (150 Bs per person without drinks for 5 course menu).
It feels very safe hygiene-wise and we all felt great and stayed healthy.
Why only 4 stars? Expensive for the portions received ; not all dishes were that good.
One of the best meals of my life.
Excellent food, great presentation and attentive service.
Really great food and wine - also if you are not vegetarian.
The food is amazing, the place is very nice and is located really close to several historic and touristic places in the city's centre
Great vegeterian food in a really nicely done space. Gourmet.
The best vegan restaurant in Bolivia by far.
Excellent vegan restaurant. Great food at a above average (but not exaggerated) Price. Dinner between $22 and $55 (with drinks).
