  Satay jawa differs from their cousin satay kajang or any malaysian satay for that matters ~ dipping sauce is more nutty and savoury but jawa one is plain simple

  Tasty satay and tasty peanut dipping/sauce. The only thing that rated them down in my opinion is their cooking oil that they used to BBQ the satay. I saw them using quite dark brown coloured cooking oil stored in a reused big white plastic bottle. Bottle was labelled ABC chili sauce. I can only assume that the oil they used was from used cooking oil from restaurant.
