A nice place to hang. Food was good. Decent coffee. Their Victorian cake is nice.

Went there for their sungkai buffet. $29.90 and it's one of the best sungkai buffet I had this year (2017). A good variety of food and the highlight was their salad bar and their kolo mee.

The atmosphere of the cafe is quite hip and comfy. The coffee here is okay for some, even though I personally do not like it. Quite a variety of foods being served here for a cafe of this size. I would definitely recommend the Red Velvet Cake - I dare to say it is one of the best in Brunei. Though I don't really like the vibe the staffs gave me the other day - unwelcoming aura I should say. They made me feel awkward. They just look at you with a cold stare. They even spilled my coffee without even bothering to wipe it clean. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this place to hang out with friends and family, but not alone.

Went there three times so far. Twice with friends and the third with my family. I have nothing to complain about my previous visits but that's perhaps because I was there with friends who I have not met for a while so I was probably too busy catching up with them to notice anything else. My third visit however allowed me to observe more. Staff attitude can use some improvement. Staff weren't really giving a friendly vibe but I chalked it down to it being a long day and it's understandable because nobody is cheerful all the time. But it irks me a little when it's time to order and it was so hard to get the waitress/waiter's attention to come to our table. I noticed this also happened to another patron who was sitting near to the counter where the staff lingered. When I wanted to order some cakes the staff waiting the counter ignored me for a moment in favour of idk doing something with the cash machine. I can understand why that happened but it'd be more polite for her to tell me to wait a moment instead of just making me stood there like a fool (I even had time to take out my phone and checked it before she looked at me). These pretty much soured my experience a little. Other than that great ambience and decor (I wouldn't say no to background music playing softly though) and also great foods. They are a bit pricy but for a special occasion or if you have extra money to splurge be sure to give it a go.

Not a bad place to visit. Love the cakes especially when it's so good and at such a decent price. The drinks however were quite disappointing though but maybe in expecting too much since the cake was good especially the carrot cake.
