My VW Golf R went in and it took them a real long time to do a regular service. They are just tooo busy. Could not even find time to fix my head light washer

The after sales service is horrible and unacceptable. They can even misplaced / lost the car key when my car is still at Maju Motor service. after 2 weeks of waiting, they have not replaced the lost key and my car still sitting at MJ workshop. Warranty parts replaced, but just feel like never been replaced. How many times do i have to visit the workshop after all my car is only 1 year on the road ! VW is a good car, but the dealer has ruined the after sales service and the reputation of the brand VW.
