  This is a European-style DIY store very near Gadong. The staff are numerous and helpful, and wear uniforms, which gives them a professional look. They have an extensive product range and also offer a key-cutting service. There is a car park, which is shared by several other shops, so it can get busy.

  bad customer service. no staff attended me, when i approach one of the floor staff. he just pointed me in a direction. he didnt seem like he wants to attend customer. i dont recommend visiting this branch of low san. i'd rather go a few extra kilometres to get a better service.
