Booked a van friday morning for a very important event on saturday . Service was positive during booking and i submitted my details and they said to pay the driver when the van arrives.
That evening, I just felt the need reconfirm so i called again, to my surprise i was told that my booking was cancelled becauae they had forgotten to place my booking.
I was screwed over and all they said was "sorry", I was left standed, they offered no help and no solution. They basically said "oops", washed their hands and walked away.
They do not honor their customers trust and i had paid dearly.
All in all, basically, they do not care about their customers.
I absolutely would not recommend this company. Not accountable, not professional and definitely not dependable.response / report this review
