  Prices for food are quite reasonable.
  But the butter that comes with the toast is "sad" looking. They are almost anorexic-like. I know that it's stated "photo for illustration only" but come on guys, that's where the joy of having some really good toast.
  
  Overall the toast was alright. Can't compare to other kopitiam from overseas eg, Singapore.
  
  Would i still visit this place? - definitely yes
  
  Would i still order the toast? - hmmm yea I guess.
  
  Would i recommend this to my friends and families? - yea, with all shopping and cinema amenities around here.
  
  But the parking bays are just not enough. Be prepared to waste 10 minutes of your life to search for parkings.
