  If you want knock off DVDs, toys or cheap art materials, it's the place to be! Us it has Brunei's only Burger King, so it should be on everyone's tick list! 😁

  Above average of array of shops and small businesses. Some shops stand out which keeps customers coming in and spend more time in the mall than they would have. Some small local businesses thrive on its good location but it does lose out to its next door competitor. All in all, good display of local and international businesses and eateries but nothing else.

  Nothing much here. Just few restaurants and small shops. You can pay the Telbru bill here. Also WiFi available.

  Parking is painful. Mall is more accurately described as a building with collection of shops without theme. Nothing much, with food & cafe as the main attraction
