Fresh bread direct from oven, and I like the teh tarik India..
A nice place to have a breakfast or snack on tea time. Were tempted to order every items to taste but unfortunately short on time, so we ordered Roti Kacang Kahwin, Roti Kuning Kahwin, Seame with Fish and Hainan Style Mee. And all is good! Especially the Roti Kacang Kahwin which taste bit like apam balik minus the jagung but with bun version.
We came early on 7am Saturday, so the cheese bun and the egg tarts weren’t ready yet. Next time if I ever come to Brunei again, I will try to come on 2-3pm ish weekday as many stated there will be fresh new buns.
Taste was good and reasonable price.
Roti kawin is nice and bread is soft. Just that the place can get really crowded and parking can be difficult
Nice breakfast place to go to. Gotta try the roti kacang kahwin. Its the bomb! Many choices of bread to eat. Most combo with eggs.
Always hot bun there.
Service fast n awesome
it super popular among locals that its so hard to get hand on their buns, specially cheese bun. you have to know the time when the buns are released feom the oven to get one. loudest people here compare to any eatery in brunei
an icon in Brunei. must visit. famous for its roti kuning, chee mah kuay tiaw. drinks can be on sweet side and watery.
Quite a busy place, it nice to have toasted bread, buns, pan toasted bread until it burn , I always like it burn, a crispy soft taste with butter etc, and my wife n children like the kwaytiaw shima. But now during our recent visit bringing our guest from kuantan malaysia, the bread n the rest of the food is not like before. And the is not our preference. I think people like it there because it fast service n meeting their friend as well have a short discussion and so on.
Make sure the right timing arriving or willing to wait for the hot buns out from the oven... Tips... every 30min....
Good coffee and fresh buns. Brunei most popular kopitiam
Very busy and noisy. Foods is good. It's a place to talk loudly.
Best place for breakfast and tea. Range of buns and noodles, delicious! Parking can be an issue
Awesome place for breakfast and afternoon tea.
Their breads are awesome. If you are there and you aren't allergic to peanut, do try the Roti Kahwin Kacang, it is superb.
A warning though, this place is PACKED during afternoons. It will be hard to carry out conversations due to all the noises from the kitchen and other customers.
best place to have your breakfast. best hot buns in town.
Fast service. Serves a very good meal. But less park and noisy.
Food is great! Esp roti kacang kawin. But might take time to order depending on customers coming.
Cozy breakfast. Friendly service. Historical place
This is a local kopitiam style since on 1946 in Brunei. Many local peoples like to come here for breakfast or tea time so that the places always full house and noisy but highly recommended especially tourists must try their famous roti kuning kawin (kaya with butter) and roti kuning kacang (peanut butter) or any variety foods. Not only come here to eat their foods,if you are tourist is a good chance to feel the culture here when you find a place to sit down may look around of the next table or others you can see that so many peoples from different races are together to enjoy their foods or chit chat with friends such of harmony places in Brunei.
Best old skool kopi tiam in Brunei!!!
Like their 'toast roti kuning kawin'
Reliable goodness since 1946, plain and simple!
Best place to get the ruti kuning kawin cheese
Traditional breakfast, reasonable price, friendly service.

Come and smell the freshly bake bread or buns aroma today
Good food for breakfast. Quite expensive for Malaysians.
The place where locals love to have their breakfast and tea break as their pastry and bun are freshly baked on a daily basis. You can also find lots of public servants slacking during their office hours here.
Local institution famous for their freshly made buns. Enjoyed the Roti kuning kacang which is a warm bun with cold butter and crushed peanuts, which is quite decadent. The seama with chee cheong fun noodles and fried fish was also pretty satisfying.
This seems to be a famous coffee and bread/roti hangout for the locals. Their coffee and bread is ok.
The best foods are the hot butter and red bean buns in the morning at 730am and 330pm. Additionally, try the Kway Tiaw Zeema (fish flat noodles) if you want something more heavy. Top it all off with home made soy milk.
