Clean and comfortable burger king. Fries were not that fresh.

I like this branch despite lack of parking. Just park at the side for take-away. Tempura nuggets always sold out. The place is cozy and welcoming. Mostly friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

My preferred BK branch in Brunei. Ambience is good. Clean and well kept eating area and toilet.

Fries are good, burgers are alright but tiny. Place is quite nice but the service was atrocious.
I came in and ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks for takeaway. Being served by 2 people still wasn't possible for them to even get the order successfully. I only recieved 2 drinks, had to ask for a 3rd one but that isn't the worse part;
I came back home only to find 2 meals were given to me. I called them and their response was that I left behind my meal. I did not as not a single word was said to me when I took the bag and left. They could've said "oh sir please wait!"
Nope.
However, either way I wouldn't have heard it because they speak so softly and quietresponse / report this review -

Other menus are still unavailable but the Taste is still superb! Consider opening a branch in kuala belait ^_^
