very big restorant,can accomodate around 100+ customers at one time.but service are almost slow,waitress seem not enough,just around 6.it has complimentary soup of the day.foods taste just average.average time food served about 5-10 minutes.

service is quite bad. staff are inattentive. servers even got the order wrong. dirty tables are left uncleaned even when new customers have sat at the table for over 10 minutes. expect your food and drinks to arrive double or triple the duration from your usual restaurants. food taste quite dry. the coffee i got served felt like the are secretly trying to get me to have diabetics. highly recommended not to try the place until management fixes all the big issues. definitely my first and last time i'll be here. i dont even feel like they deserve a single star. i felt it was also unhygienic. i realised houseflies flying about the tables that have been already wipe cleaned. that clearly shows they just wipe for the sake of removing any dirty stains but in actually fact its actually still dirty.

Bad and long service. Ordered salted egg chicken rice, then I was mistakenly served with buttermilk chicken rice instead. I confront the cashier that I receive buttermilk and asked her to tell the chef, in a way to change it at least. Then she said the chef is new and the chef's style of salted egg chicken is by putting milk. Like wth? Never in my life milk is put for salted egg chicken. Please, I went here before. I ordered salted egg chicken last time. Before, the service was way better. On the other note, customers kept coming in, then when they want to order and kept calling, I observe the waiters/waitresses were talking and laughing. Seriously, need to improve your management system. Guess this is my second and last time to go here. Very dissappointing. If I were to be honest, I'll give ZERO star.

Affordable and cheap! Service was terrible when it first opened. Improved a little afterwards but inconsistent and slow. Hygiene is a big question mark because I once saw a fly buzzing inside the bread compartments and nobody bothered.

Waited for over an hour for our food 2 dishes for 2 people. A vegetable dish and a chicken dish. Simple, not complicated. Food arrived 1 hour late Time was 9.30pm. With zero apologies from the service staff. And towards the end of our meal we discovered that 2 pieces of the chicken were partly undercooked, with blood still! What a total shock! Disgusted! Pity though, I was a frequent customer, at least 2 or 3 times a week. Service and food was never this bad. Will not be dining here again anytime soon.

Low price for most food.
Portion served is just right.
But The steam chicken was tasteless.
The toast was soft to the point it was almost soggy.
Would I still visit this place? - yup.
Would I still order the same food? - maybe. If only I am too hungry.
Would i recommend this place to others? - definitely value for money, and to others who don't mind bland "flavour" food.
