A lot of shop closed permanently because one of the reason is there is no ATM machine so customer can't withdraw the cash, that is what I heard. The surrounding is so quite and not a lot of stuff you can get in here. There is no famous KFC, BK, MCD or local restaurant Ayamku. Only Ideal Restauran you can get in here at first floor. If youre looking for a grocery store you can find SKH.

New shopping complex. Some shop lots still empty. Nice mix of restaurants including Iskandar Curry House , Gwad Bashar, Gloria Jeans etc. Parking outdoors. Location around a roundabout is strange

Well, let me see. The mall has Sim Kim Huat Supermarket, Ideal Restaurant, Gloria Jeans Coffee Shop, some new shops you don't see other places(yet). Ample parking around the complex but it could use a bigger signboard stating the entry from the main road, it's easy to miss it. You have kid's playground on the 2nd floor and also kinetic sands also for kids and adults alike. Overall, a good start for a new "mall" . Keep it up!

Some excellent shops in the mall, especially recommend Chocolate Origin for coffee and cake. However, there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate everyone at peak times. Also, a lot of the shops are also still empty and unused, which makes the mall feel a bit unfinished.

A horribly designed complex. The layout is not welcoming and location of the building way in and out is so impractical. If you take the exit to the roundabout, you can only use the way to Mata-Mata and not the roundabout. Instead, you have to take around behind the building. Plus, going to the complex and if you are coming from the roundabout, you have to take a u turn to get it. And when there is a lot of cars coming, you are going to be stuck on the lane for sometime. No city planning at all.

Still new, ample parking space. Mostly place to eat/ takeaway. Definitely not large mall. Have clean toilet. There's hotel. Same concept like times square but smaller
