Best place to chill in the afternoon

This place is known as a dance club, but I think it's better as place for a quiet afternoon drink. They have a snack bar too, but I've never seen anyone order food there. Very recently they started a buy two get one free beer offer. There is also a new VIP area, which I understand is free of charge. Manhattan turns into a proper club come midnight or. The music is pretty good no matter when you go.
