My MacBook Pro is six years old, or as the Imachines staff put it, "vintage." They replaced the trac pad and battery faster and cheaper than they quoted. They wiped and installed updates at no fee and helped me through installation of my own backup info. They were courteous and I was satisfied.

This store deserves less than 1-star review. It is the worst Apple reseller I've seen. A nil customer service. A very bad prepared (or zero training) people working for the store. Very low quality standards on display that affects deeply Apple's image reducing their standards to a very low level. The management division doesn't exist. This people thinks a store is a four walls and a door in a mall. Bad for Apple.

Very bad for Apple to leave their products to this people.
