We were looking to buy a TV for our home. Many TV sellers that we visited were not having a ready delivery of the high end TV we had finalized. Everyone proposed a date after the long holidays here in Bahrain, whereas we wanted to buy TV to enjoy during the holidays. We called eXtra on phone and they confirmed that their Tubli showroom has ready delivery. We went without delay and staff was prompt in the promised delivery , it took twenty minutes to finalize the deal and 20 min to pay (just a single person on cash counter due to holidays).
Mr Mahesh who attended to us was a thorough gentleman and ensured that the TV is checked before delivery to us. He even got it loaded personally in our car. Overall a good experience which could have been better had cash counter been slightly prompt.
Satisfied with the choice of electronics, ready stock availability and price of product.

I bought 3 AC's in Winters. I am sweating as it is Summers already and they haven't delivered it yet. Exaggeration apart, they were supposed to deliver this morning, for which i had to arrange for someone to accommodate the installation process. I am writing this review after my 13th unanswered call to them in the past one hour. Inside the store their services are good probably because they are making money at that moment but once you are out of sight, you are out of mind. Plus! when i was paying at the cash counter, another customer was complaining that the AC was delivered to him a few days ago and he is still waiting for the installation team to fix it. 15 unanswered calls by the time i wrote this. My typing speed is not slow, its just that its summers and i am without an AC

You will find nearly any device/appliance you are looking for in there and even for a good price. Layout of the place make it really easy to walk around and find things. The staff are really nice and helpful. Only what I didn't like is that usually when you try reaching the customer service, there is no one replying to you. However if you get to them and you have a prob;em, the service is very good.

One of the best rates you can find in Bahrain.
Humongous parking area which saves a lot of time, unlike city centre or other downtown shopping centres.

The store was very quiet when I visited today. It is a well stocked showroom which seemed to have a wide range of electrical and electronic goods. This ranged from kitchenware to laptops. The prices are competitive and if you show a picture of the same thing cheaper, they will match or go below in order to compete.
Definitely worth a visit if you are on the Tubli area near Al Ansar Gallery.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!
This branch sold me a product that was very complicated to use and does not function as a normal product would The technician told me nothing was wrong with the product, it simply was very technically challenging and he himself was challenged by it However neither the supervisor or store manager cared at all, and refused to offer me any options or solutions THEIR ONLY IN THIS BUSINESS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL OR THEIR CUSTOMERS BUYER BEWARE!!!

My washing machine under guarantee have taken by extra for repair now two weeks every time they said still sparepart not come. They give us temporarily very old washing machine I am calling everyday they said they will check and cone back to us but nobody call

Had been there to see options for Vaccum cleaners. They had only few choices and limited brands for bag less Vaccum cleaners.
The staff was only promoting one brand ( my opinion). I felt it biased and could not make a decision, had to rush to other dept store for choices.

A one-stop shop for all electronics, appliances, computers and accessories. I was very pleased with the attentive service and the item I bought was promptly delivered on time as promised.
